Great way to relieve stress and fear is to simply dance! Even in the midst of the storm, struggle, or battle one may face! I've learned to dance in advance and know that God will always make a way! Faith in God is knowing he is with you in the midst of the pain, struggle, or storm one may face! Remember, he always makes a way!
My Father always danced at church and that alone had a impact on me. He said Nathan, "I dance all the time in church because I believe it is important to show God in advance I can be in joy and in full confidence that everything is going to be ok! It's a way to show your strength but also your vulnerability. Worship to God strips you of pride and ego." So when I go out to dance, I see it as worship and praise to God. Every time I leave a venue, I feel lifted, encouraged, and strengthened to continue on my mission/journey knowing one day I will accomplish everything God planned for me.
